La convivencia escolar : un acercamiento multidisciplinario en investigación-acción para estudiantes de primero y segundo básico del Colegio Mistral, comuna de Las Cabras

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general establecer acciones e iniciativas, que promuevan la comprensión y desarrollo de una convivencia escolar inclusiva y multidisciplinaria, entre todos los integrantes de la comunidad educativa del Colegio Mistral desde el fortalecimiento de valores y el respeto a la diversidad . La metodología se realiza bajo una investigación-acción, en donde se pretende modificar el entorno para el mejoramiento de los procesos de transformación, partiendo del trabajo colaborativo de los propios sujetos implicados. A su vez, se reconoce que la investigación se basa en un estudio de campo realizado en el establecimiento educacional Colegio Mistral, comuna de Las Cabras, sexta región, sustentada en el enfoque empírico-analítico y en el paradigma sociocrítico debido a que la comunidad educativa asume su responsabilidad y propicia la reflexión y crítica de los intereses, interrelaciones y prácticas educativas.

This research has as its general objective to establish actions and initiatives that promote the understanding and development of an inclusive and multidisciplinary school coexistence, among all the members of the educational community of Mistral College from the strengthening of values and respect for diversity. The methodology is carried out under an investigation-action, where it aims to modify the environment for the improvement of transformation processes, based on the collaborative work of the subjects involved themselves. In turn, it is recognized that the research is based on a field study carried out in the educational establishment Colegio Mistral, commune of Las Cabras, sixth region, based on the empirical-analytical approach and in the socio-critical paradigm because the educational community assumes its responsibility and encourages reflection and criticism of educational interests, interrelations and practices.
